Chris, Failure to connect to the Exchange server has nothing to do with your INCLUDE/EXCLUDE entries. They are used to determine what gets backed up after connection to the Exchange server is made. Are you using the "/EXCSERVer=servername" option? where "servername" is the "virtual" Exchange cluster server name For example, if the Exchange cluster server name is "corwwdsapp04", you should launch a backup of the "First Storage Group" with: TDPEXCC BACKUP "First Storage Group" FULL /EXCSERVER=corwwdsapp04 and launch the GUI with: TDPEXCC /EXCSERVER=corwwdsapp04 Thanks, Del ---------------------------------------------------- Del Hoobler IBM Corporation [EMAIL PROTECTED] - Never cut what can be untied. - Commit yourself to constant improvement.
