Do yourself a favor. Don't. There is no evidence that unloading and loading a TSM database has lasting benefit. There is only anecdotal evidence that it has any benefit at all; most of those who have done it have found that the database puts itself right back where it was within a few weeks. TSM's database really is self-tuning, folks. If you do a truly massive expiration, there seems to be some unbalance of the tree, but even that seems to fix itself within a few days.
