Update.
We are in the processes of making changes to the web pages on Ibm.com to
help with some of the issues you have been encountering.

1) We have removed the "all support download" box from the web page
temporarily.  This should be gone by tomorrow AM
2) We have submitted the issue of Netscape 7.0 not working on some pages to
Ibm.com,   They are reviewing and will get back to us with their findings
3) In the next the next couple of days we  will redirect all pages on
Tivoli.com to a page with an explanation of the changes and instructions on
how to register on IBM.com.
