Oracle and TDPO have to be the same. If you are using Oracle Standard you have to use 32-bit TDPO. If you are using Oracle Enterprise it will depend on whether you installed the 32 or 64 bit version of Oracle. The B/A client doesn't matter, nor does the server, but the API does.
