I have the Storage Agent running on two seperate servers. They are the same level 4.2.20 and are configured the same.
One of them is working great but the other is having problems mounting tapes. It will attempt to mount a tape and if a drive is not available it will generate a "server media mount not possible" error and go on to another file to back up. The activity log shows "unable to open drive /dev/rmt*". Did I miss something in the configuration? Thanks!
