Try it from home tonight.  (I do that a lot!).  It maybe your ISP
or your various firewal/proxyl etc. protection.  We have had both
here.
I have problems getting to IBM sites and/or doing "work" there,
but I can do "everything" at home with Road Runner connection.

I don't pretend to understand all the in's and out's of www/Internet,
but that's what I have found.  I know we have had many comments
on this recently and I don't mind - sometimes it is a general IBM
problem,
sometimes not. Don't know unless you ask.

For instance, many times I can use the "ftp" URL and get to where
I want to but can't download - just hangs.  You get the idea.

That sight doesn't respond or won't let me log in.  I have the same
problem with http://service.boulder.ibm.com/
Maybe it's my connection but that doesn't make any sense since
everything else I've tried works.  I just can't find anything on IBM's
sight.  Everything I've tried so far is either 404 or doesn't respond.
