Hi Robert, I had similar problems because I tried to write the virtual volumes directly to sequential media. Is your first storagepool on your target server a diskpool? If not, you should reconfigure the archive copy group for source server's node to write on disk first.

Hi there. we are migrating from MVS to WIN2K and try to take all the data with us. so I made up a server2server - connection between the two systems and try to export data into a diskpool, migrating to tape when necessary. Some of the exports go well, but now i received the following error: 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR9999D PVRSERV(829): ThreadId<4891> Error writing SERVER volume TSM-SERVER-S.EXP.040287077. 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR0662E EXPORT NODE: Output error encountered in accessing data storage. 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR0569I Object not processed for N2300013: type=Backup, file space=**> e```ne* ' ', object=\TIVOLI\BIN\W3- 2-IX86\TAS\BACKUP\ ~ ~@SNAPSHOT ~ ~. 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR1361I Output volume TSM-SERVER-S.EXP.040287077 closed. 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR5208I Dismounting volume TSM-SERVER-S.EXP.040287077 (updated). 19.12.2002 09:47:10 ANR5228I Deleting SERVER TSM-SERVER-S.EXP.040287077 from volume history (EXPORT volume). 19.12.2002 09:47:11 ANR0794E EXPORT NODE: Processing terminated abnormally - error accessing data storage. How can i solve this problem? Please help me soon, cause we have only about 4 weeks for exporting 3 terabyte of data. Thanks in advance.
