Before I posted, I verified that the steps I outlined will take you to the
books. In order to eliminate the fact that my office machine is on the IBM
intranet, I also tried the steps from my home machine (which is not on the
IBM intranet) and they worked fine.
Which web browser are you using? If you haven't tried MS Internet
Explorer, try it from there. It also might not hurt to clear your browser
cache, just in case that might be a factor.

When I try this, I get as far as selecting "Product Manuals". This takes
me to http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/tividd/td/tdprodlist.html and I get the
message "You have reached a Web page that is no longer supported." It
gives me the option to "Go to the IBM Online Publication default web page
to start a new navigation through the library.", but when I click on that,
I go nowhere.

1) Go to http://www-3.ibm.com/software/tivoli
2) On the left-hand side, click "Library".
3) On the left-hand side, click "Product manuals".
4) From there, look under "S" for "Tivoli Storage Manager Messages".

Now that the Tivoli pages are gone, does anyone know where I can find
the TSM Messages manual (TSM 5.1). It is not at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/tividd/td/StorageManagerforAIX5.1.html
where I would expect to find it.
