I believe this is more than a server issue. I have been assured it is fixed in 5.1.1.2 and higher, but I have not installed it yet. Apparently, the client needs to be updated as well to get a complete fix. I do not know if there is a client level for 4.2.3.2 and higher that completely eliminates the problem.
