I read just about every TSM mail in this list as they come in. Why do I do this even though it takes time out of a busy schedule? Because I either learn or refresh my mind on some TSM subject everyday. If I haven't already experienced a problem that comes up, I can pretty much count on having that same problem down the line or hopefully avoid it from learning something on this list. I really resent having to take the time to go to some salespersons web site to watch something that isn't even TSM related! This is one of the rudest things I have ever experienced on the web.
