Hello ITSMers, While preparing my agenda for SHARE in Dallas next week, I notice that there is a TSM Support Certificate Track. I will be investigating this via http://www.share.org but my first thought is that I could get some quick feedback from this group. There seem to be 16 sessions in the track. Are they all required (including the TSM Overview session)? What are the benefits of a certificate? Is it worth the effort? (I question this because in today's IT environment there are other sessions I could really use!) Comments? Suggestions?
