Prasanna, This looks to be an issue either on the network or an abnormal termination from the TSM Server. DP for SQL is trying to send some data to the TSM Server and the TCP/IP socket has been taken away.
If the TSM Server activity log or network support team can not identify the problem, I suggest calling IBM Support.
