To add slightly to what Zlatko advised... http://www-3.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/IBM_TSM_Supported_Devices_for_AIXHPSUNWIN.html specifies the levels and specifics you need. Note that IBM specifies in RED that the IBM device driver is needed.
