The main concern is that the database is at least as large as the database you intend to restore. As for the log volumes, just make sure that between the two volumes, the sizes don't exceed the TSM maximum size of 13 GB. I suppose the "punt" option would be to just perform the format with the one log volume; I would think that would be large enough, although others with more practical experience than I might have other opinions.
