Thanks, I already found that reply and I have had that checked, the LANG
variable is set correctly...
Guess I have to open a PMR... I was hoping that someone like Neil Rasmussen
would reply and point me to the right place to find these return codes...

FWIW, a February posting on that error condition suggested checking
for consistency in LANG settings in options files and environment
variables.
