Are you mapping a drive to a network share or are you just installing the UNC Path? I did a silent install for 5.1.1 and it would not work at all if I just did the UNC path. If I would map a drive to the network share it would install from the console but not from terminal services. So I wrote a cmd file that copied the install files to a temporary directory on the local machine and it would install from anywhere. If you want a copy of the batch file I can post it or send it individually.
