a question about db

Hi all,ervery time from the TSM actlog I can get a message like this"ANR2121W 
ATTENTION: More than 18.9219 MB of the database has changed and the last database 
backup was more than 24 hours ago. Use the BACKUP DB command to provide for database 
recovery.".
I think this maybe a server option,but what's the option?
