Looks like it may be a 3494 librar, in which case you'll have t edit the devconfig file and make it libt=manual and mount the tape in the flashing drive. For some reason the 3494 isn't supported at some/most levels of the server for restore db processing. Found out the hard way at a disaster recovery test with a client.
