No! This tells you that TSM server still thinks of this tape as being in
the library.
You need to convince it the tape is not by issuing `checko libv ltolib
00000020 rem=no checkl=no` (as already suggested).
Afterwards the server will gladly accept your checkin command!

It�s just tells me that the tape is in databas and it�s status Private.
Any idea what I going to do?
