Checkout the manual "Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server Installation
and User's Guide" Appendix C. Here is a part called "Setting user mode"
which explains how to place the SQL server in the single-user mode.

While restoring SQL Database with replace option selected I am getting this
error message

"Restore failed [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] [SQL Server] Restore
DATABASE must be used in single user mode when trying to restore Master
Database."
