Beaten to death on this list many, many times. To save you some time when
searching the list archives I will repeat the answer:

UPD V WS0159 ACC=READO
AUD V WS0159 F=Y
The database will be cleaned of erroneous entries pointing to the volume,
the tape will become empty and can be reused. This is not a tape issue but
database consistency one, so you are not forced (but may if desire so) to
throw away the cartridge.

I've got a problem on a tape which becomes unavailable when I try a "MOVE
DATA"
I tried a "restore volume" too, but without more results
What else can I try too keep my datas and throw the tape away (my tsm
server is 5.1.7.0) ?
