Enviro: W2K TSM server 5.1.6.3 W2K client 5.1.5.15
I have read in the W2K Admin Guide about subfile backups. We have a remote NT server where our T1 bandwidth just doesn't seem to get the TSM incrementals-forever completed. I am thinking of configuring subfile backups along with client compression to improve the backup cycle. Question: does anyone have "practical" experience with subfile backups? Is it easy to implement? Is there anything to pay special attention too? TIA.
