Also check to see what were the messages in the Actlog right before the Mount error,
sometimes there are errors prior that are helpful.
1) is all the media visible to TSM? q vol *
2) If the media is in the library and TSM sees it what is the status of the media
ReadWrite ReadOlny unavailable? q vol <volname> f=d

I just installed the TSM server 5.1.5 yesterday and
only tried the first backup before hitting this error.
Thank you for the information. I will try all them
this evening and get the result then. If not work, I
will upgrade the server to 5.1.6.1 and see what will
happen.
