You might also try dropping dsmc sched and letting dsmcad handle the scheduling.  
That'll give you two advantages: (1) remove the operator intervention and (2) reduces 
memory consumption by the TSM client on your NetWare server.  Just add a line similar 
to:

MANAGEDSERVICES schedule webclient

to the DSM.OPT file.  Then, just load dsmcad (without loading dsmc sched).  If you 
receive public symbol errors when loading dsmcad, load netdb first then dsmcad.
