Hi, CC=304 = changer failure. Key=04 = hardware error. ASC=15 = Position problem. Was it working before and did you change anything? Either you do have a hardware problem or TSM isn't able to communicatie with the library. Last time I had something like this, it was after upgrading TSM. Deleting paths, drives and library and redefining them solved it for me.
