As u told i have given the commands and now query path gives
the following result
ANR1722I A path from SERVER1 to AUTOLIB DRIVE01 has been updated.
ANR1722I A path from SERVER1 to AUTOLIB DRIVE02 has been updated.

Hope now evrything is fine.shld I have to start and stop the server
can I try restoring things now.Pls reply.

Try the following two commands:
update path server1 drive01 srctype=server desttype=drive library=autolib
online=yes
update path server1 drive02 srctype=server desttype=drive library=autolib
online=yes
Assuming they execute without error, follow with a "query path" command
to
see if the paths to the drives are now online.
