If your environment is using copy pools then issue 'restore vol ***'. If
not, use move data and the cleaning cartridge to get the data from that
volume to a new one.

Hi all,

I am facing problem with one cartridge. If I use that cartridge
the drives are asking for cleaning tape and also Tivoli makes
the drive unavailable.
If i clean the drive with cleaning cartridge then update the drive
tivoli restores the data for few minutes and again the same problem.

Urgent. Pls help me. how to now get the data from that particular tape.
Is any other way.
