Rajesh, 3A/00 means "media not present".
Is this a new library? Has it ever worked? If not, there may be a drive cabling or definition problem such that the tape is being loaded into one drive, but TSM is trying to read from a different drive Is the tape you're trying label in the slot that TSM thinks it is? The library may maintain it's own inventory which can be refreshed from tapeutil in the IBMTape package (aka Atape for Windows).
