Yep.
If it is a SCSI library, you can set up library sharing so that 1 TSM server
is the library "master", and the other is a library "client". The "master"
is the traffic cop and does all the mounts and drive sharing.
If it is a 3583, 3584, or 3494 library you can also logically partition the
library so that the TSM servers share the slots and the robot arm, but each
TSM server has dedicated drives.
There are several more combinations/permutations of ways to share, depending
on your hardware/software.
Lots of ways to skin this cat; we need more information about your
configuration and situation to give more specific info.
