At a guess from the Novell SAP tables, the object is an old NetWare 3.x (or earlier) server object in the tree, or an old print server/queue. If it is an old queue then print queues are marked as deny read/write IIRC, so it is as expected. It could also be a box with NCPFS running.
If you get the Novell administrator to tell you exactly what that bindery object is (and whether it really still needs to be there), then you would be able to make a judgement. As bindery services started being run down almost 10 years ago, then it may be just old baggage that could be deleted from the directory.
