FYI, be aware of upcoming IBM Software Support downtime... The IBM TSM web page http://www.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/IBMTivoliStorageManager.html has a red-blocked area at the top nicely calling attention to planned downtime. That's very effective communication, and a welcomed form of notification to those of us who have tried to use the support web pages on a Sunday morning and found no response. It's definitely worth checking that web page from time to time, as IBM has mentioned on this List, as it's an excellent summary of current notices.
