webshere application server (WAS)

Hi,

I have 2 new products installed on a windows 2000 server
        - Websphere application server 5.0.2
        - Websphere portal extend 5.0.2

How should I take that server in backup ... ?
With the WAS data protection agent ????  if yes .. what version ...

is there any include / exclude to configure (on the windows side and/or
WAS side)
