Zoltan, My webadmin q actlog works fine, but I never upgraded it. I'm still at webadmin 5.2.2-2 and webhelp 5.2.2-2 (see your "rpm -qa | grep TIV). This is because I had the same problem with earlier versions (webadmin q actlog wouldn't work and it irritated me to no end. No matter what anyone suggested, it didn't work until 5.2.2-2). At 5.2.2-2, webadmin & webhelp started to work ok, so I just left em. And they seem to work fine with Server 5.2.2.5.
