We will need AIX 5.3 to support LPAR capability of the box. We are an IBM business partner and a TotalStorage Solution Center. This is for our showcase, but also one of the LPAR's will replace the B80 server running TSM. Fibre attached to a 3584 library with LTO2 drives. From what my pServer-guy tells me, you need AIX 5.3 to support LPAR on these new POWER5 servers.
