Retries for changed files restart almost immediately. The probable reason yours is taking so long is that the file is quite large, and it takes thirty minutes to back up the individual file. If the file(s) in question is not large, then you may have connectivity issues or network speed/duplex setting issues. -- Mark Stapleton
