Hi , I have never backed up our Windows 2003 ITSM Server 5.2.2.0 before.
I am considering backuping it up via the Backup/Archive client ? What should I backup and why ? Any obvious stuff that I should exclude ? Is there any advantage in using Journaling or Open File support ? Can someone point me in right direction ? T.I.A Bill
