Hi people,
We are currently using TDP for SQL to take full backups of
databases which reside on SQL servers. This is done on a daily basis.
Other than storage issues are there any other real benefits which could be
gained by backing up servers with a combination of Full and differential
backups.
Also are there any important issues which would need to be addressed
before this could happen, assuming it is feasible.
How would using a combination of the two methods impact an any databse
restores should we need to do them ?
