My TSM inventory shows the following for volume 002491 which is not in the library:-

However, mtlib show the following:-

I have physically checked the library and there is nothing in the drive, it is empty.
If TSM knows the volume is not in the library, but the library thinks it is loaded, how
do I get them back in sync?
