In 99% of the cases, and audit is not necessary. So dont worry.. :)

The audit process doesnt log these entries to anything but the standard
out. Next time, pipe the information to a logfile. That way, you will know
how many entries has been unloaded/loaded and wether or not an audit is
necessary. I found it very useful to pipe the unload process to one
logfile and then the load to another logfile. That way I knew how far the
load process had made it.

that's another problem. when i ran the unloaddb i ran it through a telnet
putty screen... i left it open but i think the telnet putty timed-out and
i
couldn't get my session back. i only knew that the program was running
through ps -elf and ps aux.

when the unloaddb finally finished, i just searched all the error logs to
look for anything relevant to the unloaddb activity.

i'm doing something really risky.... i just hope this works.

Good luck,

one additional point:

at the end of unloaddb process
should have appeared a message like:
unloaddb successful, loaddb needs NO AUDIT Database.
