Is anyone seeing this error?

WINCS-0167-01 using type 1 (10.100.12.15 1501).I see where on my W2K client that port 1501 is in a CLOSE_WAIT status. Shouldn't it say listening? I'm thinking my TSM server can't contact the client because the port is not listening. Anyone know how that works? Thanks, pattie
