I am about to do the same.

I usually prefer to set my subscription to DIGEST (i.e. once a day recap
email versus every message separately).

You can also set NOMAIL for nothing at all.

Then when you get back, you set it back to MAIL.

To be more specific, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (not the list
itself) with a single line of:

SET ADSM-L NOMAIL (or DIGEST)

Suspend messages?

Can I suspend getting messages from ADSM-L yet still remain a member of
this list, or must I quit entirely? I looked on the home site, but could
not find a way. Thanks.

Jerry
