You are correct in the first question. It should say AIX530.
The second statement is correct - it must be ISC V5.1,for AIX not ISC 5.0.2.

1) halt your server 2) get the (bin) TSMSRVAIX522.TAR.GZ ? why does it say TSMSRVAIX522.TAR.GZ? shouldn't it be AIX530? something.
I also read that you must install the following for the (ISC)
ISC V5.1 AIX for use with TSM ADmin Center? I thought ISC version 5.0.2 was required.
