Normally, when we do restores and tapes are not available I get some hint in the server activity log as to what tapes need to be put in the library to do the restore (yes, our library is to small and I must remove tapes to make room for others).
Today we are trying to do a restore of an Exchange mail store, but all it tells me is "ANS1209W (RC9) Requested data is offline." How can I find what I need to put online to get the data restored? --- TSM 4.3 on Windows 2000 server, restoring using a TDP for Exchange
