On web page http://www-306.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/ supp_tech_exch.html , under "March 2005" there is "Topic: Navigating through TSM Software Support Sites" with links to download the presentation and audio for that technical exchange. (You need to be registered to download.)
Note: The presentation downloads fine; but the audio file was unfortunately given a name different than in the web page link, and the emplacer failed to test downloadability. (I've reported the discrepancy.)
