We are currently upgrading our hardware (IBM 3583 L72 LTO1) to either StorageTek L80 LTO2 or Quantum M2500 LTO2/3. The decision is made hard because from a hardware and support perspective other users we have spoken to can only sing the praises of both. So it will come down to dollars and interaction with TSM. We have found it hard to find a Quantum M2500 user who uses TSM also. Are their any user experiences that anyone could share to help us from a TSM point of view?
