I meant the ISC install and the ISC cd, not the TSM server. The install couldn't write to the file because the directory wasn't created. If I created the directory and then ran the install I got messages about a missing library. IBM support suggested that the cd was corrupt. I download ISC from Passport Advantage, used it for an install, and it installed correctly.
