Usually it means the password is out of sync, update the node password at the TSM side and on the node fire up dsm and under utilities select change password (you need to know the old password though) failing that you will need to remove and recreate node data potentially on both sides to reset if they are out of sync.

Have you tried just logging in as ADMIN? Alternately, you could try removing the HEIAHCFN003 user from the system, recreating it, reassigning it's password & rights. >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 7/20/2005 4:52:57 PM >>> I am able to backup/restore files using the CLI or by scheduling a backup via the TSM server. When I bring up the web client I keep getting: 07/20/2005 16:19:20 ANS3004E Session for user HEIAHCFN003 terminated - invalid password entered. I have tried the following: Stoped dsmcad.nlm Reset password on the TSM server Deleted the TMP files in the TSA directory Deleted the TSM.PWD file and recreated it (dsmc query session and dsmc query tsa) Started dsmcad.nlm Any ideas?
