I back up ours using NTBACKUP of the Call Manager stuff to a file on the server, then TSM to do a standard backup of the server.

I guess our network engineers know that Veritas is their only tested/certified solution, but wondering if anyone is backing up Cisco Unity with TSM. I am going to call IBM support now. Our Network Engineer reply, That very point was the go-around we had with Cisco and DiData. At this point, Cisco's position is that any solution can be used, but it is up to the customer to make sure it works, and if it causes problems on the Unity Server, they will require it to be removed before offering support. Veritas Backup Exec is their only tested/verified solution to date. Feedback much appreciated.
