The files it is keeping are in the TOR installation directory.....in the console subfolder.
I believe the *.ext files are your custom reports........When you uninstall, these files must still remain. -----Original Message----- From: ADSM: Dist Stor Manager [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Otto Schakenbos Sent: Monday, November 14, 2005 2:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: TOR duplicate reports daily We have the same problem too, these are different reports since timing info is slightly different. I tried uninstalling, deleting the tor installation folders and registry keys and then reinstalling to no avail. Interestingly enough when I reinstalled the product it already found the tsm servers i had defined last time. So I deinstalled again and really made sure nothing was left, searched for the servernames (as it was defined in tor) in the registry and the hard drive but found nothing. Then reinstalled the product again and the servers where again there (grrr). The double reports also kept coming, Here i gave up for now. someone any idea's regards Otto Schakenbos System Administrator TEL: +49-7151/502 8468 FAX: +49-7151/502 8489 MOBILE: +49-172/7102715 E-MAIL: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Corporate IT Europe Teleflex Holding GmbH Fronackerstrasse 33-35 71332 Waiblingen GERMANY Allen S.
