'Del vol XYZ' should work. If it is a copypool volume you can try to update access to readwrite, then it should be deleted from the storage pool. If you have problem in deleting the volume you can try Kurt´s suggenstion. Search for similar problems/solution once written bu Kelly Lipp years ago..
